We read every message ourselves and aim to reply within 2–3 working days. There's no contact form to fill in and no account to create — just email us directly.
What you can get in touch about
- Questions about a calculator — if you're not sure how a tool works or what an estimate includes, ask and we'll explain.
- Feedback and ideas — suggestions for a new calculator, or ways to make an existing one clearer, are always welcome.
- Corrections — if you think a benefit rate, threshold or figure is out of date or wrong, please tell us. Accuracy is the whole point of the site.
- Privacy and data requests — to exercise any of your rights under our privacy policy, email us and we'll respond.
- Advertising and general enquiries — for anything else about the site.
Corrections are genuinely welcome. If a figure looks off, include the calculator name and the number you expected — it helps us check and fix it quickly. We re-verify against GOV.UK and the DWP whenever rates are uprated, but a sharp-eyed reader is the best safeguard of all.
